Demarest Farms
​​
Demarest Farms is an orchard farm store & Gardening center that
also has a petting zoo and has been around since 1886. They
provide the best apple cider donuts made daily along with other
fresh foods and salads, homegrown tomatoes and homemade ice
cream. In the fall they provide a haunted farm/hayride event for
halloween along with apple, peach and pumpkin picking. They
even have pumpkin picking movie nights. In the spring they have
peach & apple blossoms and in the summer they host BBQ’s on
thursdays. Demarest Farms is great for kids & families and will
leave you with amazing memories that’ll last forever.

Abma’s Farms
Abma’s Farms is a training farm that has as a farmers market,
grocery delivery & pickup, homegrown produce, fresh eggs and a
greenhouse and a garden center. They also offer group trips, kids
camps, and egg incubators for rent.

Jack’s Cafe
Jack’s Cafe is a small cafe located in Westwood, NJ with a
retro-style look giving it that authentic feeling. The menu is unique
for a cafe giving you a blend of art and science that’ll give you
more than what was paid for. It’s a small cafe but they offer a
small dining area just in case their customers want to sit.

Mills Bakers

Mills Bakery, Located in Wood-ridge, was founded in 1929. They
are well known for their variety of different donuts. Their current
owner started in 1998 and then went on to take the business.
The have top line cannoli cream along with moderate pricing on
their items. Mills Bakery is a small in-the-cut bakery. They are
currently open for pick up orders only due to COVID-19, before
the virus they also did catering.

Spindler’s Bakery
​
​Spindler’s Bakery was founded in 1956 and is located in
Hasbrouck Heights. They recently reopened after a 22
year break. Spindler’s is well-known for their special
family made crumb cake and their famous butter cookies
(sold at shop rotes in Little Falls & Oakland). Under
normal conditions they maintained a steady flow of
customers but due to COVID-19 they currently do pick up
only.​

B&W Bakery
​B&W Bakery is a bakery located in Hackensack, New Jersey and
has been open for more than 90 years. The bakery is well known
for their New Jersey style crumb cake and The New York Times
said their crumb cake is “to die for”. The bakery offers discounts
for customers who are part of the email list and as well as care
packages or gift packages. The bakery commonly has flash sales
so it gets real busy throughout the day. The bakery also offers
deli, seafood, pizza, BBQ, and breakfast food on their menu.

Veriella’s Bakery
In their own hometown of Carlstadt, NJ, Lucia and Danny opened
Veriella’s Bakery that has now been open for 23+ years. They
hold a variety of different pastries ranging to vegetarian and
gluten free options. Not only is it a bakery but serves as a cafe too
giving you full access to different meals. They serve breakfast,
lunch, (brunch), and have their little cafe section to the side.
They’re very easy to find as they’re on all social medias such as
Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and yelp. Something to check out.

Butterflake Bakery
​Butterflake Bakery is a Kosher bakery located in Teaneck, New
Jersey that has been around for more than 60 years. The bakery
offers nut free, dairy free, and kosher dairy baked goods such as
delicious cakes, pies, muffins, danish, croissants and other pastry.
Cakes and catering are available for any occasion and all of the
baked goods are made from scratch.​

The Ridge Diner
The Ridge Diner is located in Park Ridge, NJ and was established
in 1972. Their philosophy has always been to provide good food
and friendly service at affordable prices in a warm, comfortable
atmosphere. This has always been a goal for them and seems
like they have accomplished it by receiving “Best Diner” award in
Bergen County from 2013-2018.

Suburban Diner
Suburban Diner is a family style diner that is located in Paramus,
New Jersey. Founded in 1990, the diner is a family owned
business that has a modern retro style design to it and a brand
new bar that offers daily happy hour cocktails and spirits. The
mission for this diner has been to “be the best and serve the best”
to their community. The diner offers brunch, lunch, and dinner
specials. The chicken and waffles have been a customer favorite
and desserts are made daily on premises.

Bendix Diner
Bendix Diner is a diner located in Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey
that offers a simple style menu of food. Founded in 1947, the
diner is a family owned business and is unique for being open 24
hours. The interior consists of old school style wooden tables and
booths. The menu consists of breakfast platters and juicy burgers.
The diner is currently open for takeout only due to COVID-19.

The New Park Tavern
​
The New Park Tavern is somewhat a sports bar/pizza spot. They
have exquisite mussels and pizza as their prices are average.
The New Park Tavern is located in East Rutherford, NJ near the
train and bus stop being in view to new customers. It’s a family
owned bar and is usually packed. The bar was established in
1934 and has been in great business since.

The Fireplace
​The Fireplace is a traditional American restaurant located in
Paramus, New Jersey and is known for selling the best burgers in
Bergen county since opening. Founded in 1956, the restaurant
serves high quality breakfast, lunch, and dinner at reasonable
prices and with quick service. The restaurant still has that 1950’s
style with a wood-paneled interior and wagon-wheel chandelier.
The Fireplace consists of a highly experienced staff that is able to
serve about 100 people in a short amount of time. The Fireplace
is only open for delivery and takeout due to COVID-19.

White Manna

​White Manna is a fast food diner located in Hackensack that was
founded in 1939. They are most famous for their unique sliders
made with fresh meat and thinly sliced onions on a potato roll.
They were typically crowded inside and out because of their
delicious food and affordable pricing but they are currently only
open for pickup and delivery due to COVID-19.

Barcelona’s
​
​Barcelona’s is an american/italian cuisine restaurant/bar that’s
been open since 1933 and has been family owned for
generations. They are most famous for their thin crust pizza &
fresh hot garlic bread. They are still open for orders but no dine-in
orders due to COVID-19.Normally customers would dine-in and
party rooms were available for booking.

Portobello
The Portobello restaurant is a large size restaurant that even
hosts banquets and wedding events as well. The Portobello is
located in Oakland, NJ. This restaurant separates themselves
with the rest because this one offers grubhub and doordash as
not many other restaurants do this. The restaurant is big enough
to host family events, graduations parties, weddings, etc. which is
very great as it can hold more customers/host events.

Kinchley's Pizza

​Kinchley’s Pizza is a small restaurant located in Mahwah, New
Jersey that is popular for their thin crust pizza. Founded in 1937,
the restaurant has a bar, delicious desserts and their famous thin
crust pizza. They do both reservations and take out but due to
COVID-19 there is only take out available. NJ’s Self Acclaimed
named it #1 thin crust pizza and is open everyday of the week.​

Angelo’s Pizza
​Angelo’s Pizza is a pizzeria located in Maywood, New Jersey and
is known for following authentic Italian recipes. Founded in 1963,
the pizzeria is a family owned business with a large menu
including Sicilian handmade pies, pastas, and sandwiches.
Angelo’s offers free delivery to various towns around the area and
a catering menu for any special events. Due to COVID-19 the
pizzeria only offers pick up and take out.​

Hirim’s Hot Dogs
Hirim’s Hot Dogs has all American Food and great reviews online
(yelp). There’s no menu available on their website but they do
have a gallery available of pictures of food/the establishment.
Hiram’s is currently only taking pick-up orders due to COVID-19.

Chicken Delight
Chicken Delight is a pizza and chicken shop. They can be found
online through google, facebook, yelp, and tripadvisor. Orders are
commonly taken on ubereats, grubhub and doordash. They have
a small interior with wooden tables and leather chairs along with
lunch and family specials to order. Chicken Delight is most popular
for their fried chicken.

Pizza Town
Pizza Town is a small spot in Saddle Brook, NJ that takes the
utmost pride when making/serving their food. It’s not accounted
for as a restaurant because of their limited tables and chairs so
people are more likely to grab N go. They’re specialties are their
calzones and zeppoles. Est. 1958 with maintaining the same
taste.

Saddle River Inn
Can provide everything your heart desires including; amazing food,
professional staff, floral arrangements, wine & cocktail pairings,
fabulous desserts, wedding cakes, and more. Jamie Knott uses
only Prime dry-aged beef, the freshest line caught, sustainable
seafood and local organic produce whenever possible. The menu
changes twice seasonally and utilizes ingredients at the peak of
their freshness. Have been written about in various magazines and
known for their romantic atmosphere, fine dining, and best chef .
The Saddle River Inn is a French restaurant that was established
in 1981 and located in Saddle River, NJ. The restaurant is actually
in a 210 year old barn set making it feel very authentic. It was also
once a sawmill and basket weaving factory. Jamie Knott and Peter
Lioia bought the business in 2013 and has since been running a
fine French dining restaurant.

HoHoKus Inn & Tavern 6
The HoHoKus Inn & Tavern was first established in 1796 and has
continued to stay the same. Ho-Ho-Kus Inn & Tavern combines
warmth and elegance with spectacular cuisine and friendly
service. The Tavern is located in HoHoKus, NJ. They have
different rooms depending on party size and mood, they host
special events such as “cellar wine tasting” or “mother’s day
brunch”. It was fully renovated after a seven month process and a
$1.5 million bag.

Maywood Inn: Twin Door Tavern
The Maywood Inn “twin door tavern” is a bar/grill spot located in
Maywood, NJ. They have a beautiful dining area as well as a bar.
They have TV’s while dining so there’s a little entertainment. Not
only do they hold dining and take out services, they also offer
delivery as well as not many do.

Sanzari's New Bridge Inn
Sanzari’s New Bridge Inn is home to a restaurant, bar and catering service that also provides live entertainment. The inn was knocked down and rebuilt 15 years ago but has remained in the same spot for over 60 years. Their menu is generally centered around fine Italian cuisine, however they do have mainstays and specials that are Mediterranean, Asian and even Spanish inspired. Sanzari’s offer a Bergen County fine dining experience that is relaxed enough for the entire family so yes, kids are always welcome.

Conrad’s Ice Cream

​Conrad’s Ice Cream is a fun little ice cream shop located in
Westwood, New Jersey that was founded in 1928. The ice cream
shop was founded by Fred Conrad and Minah Conrad who
specialized in making the very best homemade ice cream and
chocolate. Conrad’s makes special items for each holiday
including Halloween, Thanksgiving, Valentine’s Day and more.
The ice cream shop also offers sugar free and non-chocolate
options. The homemade ice cream is only offered from May
through September but you can still purchase any homemade
chocolates throughout the year.

Bischoff’s Ice Cream

​Bischoff's Ice Cream is an ice cream shop located in Teaneck,
New Jersey that was founded in 1934. The ice cream shop is a
family owned business named after Albert Bischoff who has
passed the store down through her daughters. The ice cream
shop sells over forty flavors including ice cream, ice milks, sugar
free ice cream, sherbet and ice. Bischoff's offers an old fashioned
ice cream soda experience with spinning tools on the counter and
also offers fresh burgers, sandwiches, salads, and soups. The ice
cream shop is only open for takeout due to COVID-19.​

Van Dyke’s Ice Cream

​Van Dyke’s Ice Cream is an ice cream shop located in
Ridgewood, New Jersey with a delicious menu of homemade ice
cream. The ice cream shop has been around for more than forty
years and they offer a mix of traditional and hard to find flavors.
There is a small interior inside that is just the right amount for an
ice cream shop. There are no seats inside but a large parking
area for customers. The prices are very affordable and they have
great customer service.​

The Hanna Krause Candies is an old fashioned candy shop
located in Paramus, NJ. The shop was first established in 1929
and continues to keep its fashion and style in making these
candies. These are handmade candies cooked to perfection and
with care. You can also find Hanna Krause Candies anywhere as
